Green Oaks 3 Person Scramble

Well 54 players (18 teams) had a wonderful weekend of Golf. The temperatures hovered around 80 degrees for the entire weekend and there was no rain in sight. The day started with a Box lunch for each player ( purchased from Jimmy Johns of Columbus). There were three basic sandwiches to choice from starting with Ham and Cheese, Turkey and roast beef. Social Hour (Happy Hour) started at 6pm. Sunday lunch was Pizza purchased from Papa Johns, ( again a verity of choices)

For one person (Clint Turner, Corinth, MS ) it was an event to remember. Clint had a hole in one on number 13, Won closet to the pin monies of Hole 15 and his team won first place in the championship flight. Quite a weekend.
